So, in a word, a big thanks to everyone at Sip and Ship, past and present.Ī wonderful neighborhood ship shop! Very helpful staff and sweet merchandise to boot! I go here for shipping services, but often leave with a coffee or greeting cards - or two. It's on display everywhere in her stores, including the quality of her employees and the wonderful taste in the products she sells (Sip and Ship is more than just a shipping and mailbox center). The second thing that stands out for me with Sip and Ship is that Diana is very good at running a business and, in particular, focusing on customer needs or interests.
Probably my only regret in this area is that one day you suddenly realize that someone you've gotten to know a little over the months has moved on, and that you weren't able to thank them for all their wonderful help. It's clear that Diana, the owner, makes a point of carefully screening and training employees. The people that work at S&S are always very nice, very capable, and very responsive. Several things have always stood out for me with them. We've been using Sip and Ship, where we have a mailbox, for over five years, both for personal and business needs. Our family in Indiana already got the package yesterday, days ahead of the expected arrival date - happy customer!Ĭaffeine and connection! A brilliant way to send out love.
